You don’t need to do it all.
This binder is built so you can open to any section and begin with one small thing. Just five minutes a day is plenty. Repetition, connection, and play are what build attention, confidence, and early skills — not rushing through every page. A little each day is enough.

“Everything Alexa creates is based on research. I sit with my daughter and play through the activities — I use English and Spanish to teach her both. Some days it’s hard to put the book away; she says ‘play play’ and reaches for the binder.”

Good questions
Before you start
How long does it take each day?
Most families spend 5–10 minutes. Do more if your toddler wants to — and less is completely fine on busy days.
What if my child is a little younger or older?
Level 1 is built for 12–24 months and adapts easily a few months in either direction. Each child moves at their own pace.
I’m not crafty — will this work for me?
Yes. Print, and you’re ready. Laminating and Velcro are optional extras that make pieces reusable, not requirements.
How is this different from My First School?
They’re built to work together, not instead of each other. The binder is quick, 5-minute games for academic basics — first words, colors, counting, and matching. My First School is a fuller daily plan with longer, hands-on activities that go deeper into fine motor and sensory play. Most families happily use both.
A little each day is enough.
