🛠️ Materials:

- A few fruits or vegetables with visible seeds (pumpkin, apple, bell pepper, cucumber)

- Small bowl or container for collected seeds
📜 Instructions:

- Set out the fruits or vegetables on a tray. Cut them open to reveal the seeds inside (you can do this part ahead of time or with your child watching).
- Invite your toddler to look closely. Ask: “What do you see inside? Can you find the seeds?”
- Encourage them to use their fingers or tweezers to scoop out the seeds and place them in the container.
