When you don’t have flour in hand but still want to make a batch of playdough, use this 2 ingredient no flour playdough recipe.
It is very stretchy and smells great! it is the perfect playdough to do in 5 minutes.
I have better results when I put the cornflour first and start adding the conditioner after slowly. Check our Youtube Video below and I’ll show you how quickly it is to do.
No Flour Playdough Recipe

Notes
- Store in a plastic Ziploc bag or airtight container.
- This playdough recipe is unlike other traditional playdough recipes and has no preservative in it; therefore, it will not last as long as salt-based playdough recipes.
Ingredients
- • 1 Cup Hair Conditioner.
- • 2 Cups Cornstarch.
- • Food coloring (optional).
Instructions
- • Place a cup of Cornstarch into a medium bowl (different bowls for different colours).
- • Add about half a cup of conditioner and stir.
- • Add about 5 drops of food coloring.
- • Continuously stir the mixture until it begins to form a thick blob.
- • Turn the play dough out onto a clean surface and knead into a smooth ball with your hands.
