🛠️ Materials:

  • A couple of clean sponges
  • A bowl or bin filled with water
  • An empty container for transferring water

📜 Instructions:

  1. Place a bowl or bin of water on a tray or towel to catch spills.
  2. Add a few sponges into the water.
  3. Show your child how to squeeze the sponge to soak up water and then squeeze it again to release the water into the empty container.
  4. Let them explore! Some may want to squeeze with two hands or transfer water between containers.
