WHAT TO BRING:
Get Ready Messy Outfit – Because we focus on learning through play, we will get messy. Come prepared with a change of clothes, a towel, or baby wipes. I promise that if it’s too cold we will do dry messy so that clean-up doesn’t require a full baths 😉
(Tip: it is always the day that you dress so cute that your child will decide to hug you while having their hands covered with paint or some messy substance… come prepared to get messy too!)
Blanket or yoga mat: Let’s sit during circle time around our circle time mat by using a blanket or yoga mat. During Messy class we will use our table or an individual messy mat in order to play safely in our individual bins and protect the blankets or mats you bring.
Towel: I have a bucket of water to help with cleanup after our messy class (some kids like to go full-body clean up lol! bring a towel in case you have a little swimmer too! )
A snack – A snack is optional for storytime. We will finish the class by reading a story as the kids enjoy listening and having their snacks.

- Classes are non-refundable
- Sorry! no make-ups – Use it or lose it
- But if you bought it and you can’t make it – classes are transferrable- you can give your spot to a friend 🙂 just email us to let us know who is coming.
SCHOOL YEAR CLASS POLICY (SEPT THROUGH MAY)
- Class is not transferable, non-refundable.Â
You are entitled to one makeup class during our monthly session, which you can use in any of our other classes.Â
In order to receive a makeup credit, you must let us know ahead of time, please give us a courtesy notice of at least 24hrs at kidactivitieswithalexa@gmail.com
In case of sickness on the morning of the class, please send us an email in order to receive a makeup class credit.
All makeup classes must be used before the season ends. Makeup classes scheduled but missed are lost. Missed/no-show makeup classes cannot be rescheduled. If you have scheduled a make-up class and know you can’t make it ahead of time, please email us 2 weeks in advance in order to give that space to someone else.
Any missed class without notice will not have a make-up class credit – we are expecting you in class, and materials have been purchased and prepared for your little ones.
This credit is available for one month and you can use it for a future class which you can use in any of our classes available.
To book your makeup class, email us at kidactivitieswithalexa@gmail.com with the date and class you missed and your little one’s age. This way we can give you the best options available for the make-up classes.

Note about no school days: We have a full class which means our space is limited for our activities and circle time. Please refrain from bringing additional kids not enrolled in the class. Kids that show up to a class and are not in the class roster will be charged a participating fee of $50.
