Summer is the best time to play with water, but this foam will take summer fun to a new level! All you need is 3 ingredients and my secret tool to make the best sensory foam activity at home.
For our under the sea theme this month, we are making an ocean sensory bin.
What I love about this activity is that you don’t need to do a lot of prep ahead of time. If you have a milk frother (Amazon $11) you can get the kids to do all the work for you (insert evil laugh…)
Give them the soap, add in the water, and have them create the foam using the milk frother.
Then, give them cups, bowls, and spoons to encourage transferring and pouring skills. This eye-hand coordination and sensory exploration activity is not just fun…. is full of learning!
COLOR BATH FOAM
Notes
Create stations of different color of water and frothers (they are very inexpensive) for the kids to create their own foam bin. They love to use the frother!
