looking for an easy honey slime recipe? after trying different recipes out there I made my own and it’s the best one!! It used real honey, it looks like honey 🍯 it’s super easy to make but don’t eat it! Is not edible, it just looks that real!

How to make honey slime using real honey
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of clear glue
- 1 Tablespoon of honey
- 1 tsp Borax
- 1 Cup of Hot Water (divided in 2 bowls)
- 1 drops of yellow food color (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl add 1/3 cup of clear glue
- Add 1 spoonful of honey to the glue (I used a plastic spoon to measure)
- Mix with a plastic spoon to combine the honey and glue together.
- Add to the mixture one drop of yellow or orange food coloring (optional)
- On a separate bowl, add 1 teaspoons of borax and combine with 1/2 cup of boiling water.
- Mix well until the borax is dissolved.
- Add the glue mixture into the glue mixture
- Stir with a spoon slowly to get the glue to absorb the borax mixture.
- Once the water has cool down a bit, start mixing the glue with your hand. I like to squeeze and stretch to allow the glue to spread apart and absorb any liquid.
- Continue this process of squeezing the glue with the palm of your hand.
- Continue stretching the slime until some of the liquid has been absorbed and the slime is no longer sticky.
- Honey will make the slime extra sticky so you might have to repeat the liquor absorbing process a few times to get the perfect non-sticky recipe!
