Each activity lists the materials (mostly things you already have), a quick setup, and exactly what to say. Play for 10–15 minutes, then hand the rest of the day back to your child.

How it works

• Start at your child’s age. Open the level that matches them right now and jump to the closest month.
• Go at your pace. The plan is laid out Monday to Friday so you always know what’s next, but some families do one activity a day, some do two, some play three days a week. Skip a day and there’s nothing to catch up on.
• Watch skills build. Monthly themes and rotating skill areas keep it fresh, and the same ideas come back a little harder each month.

Milestone guidance is based on the CDC’s checklists, and activities practice Florida’s early learning standards for each age.
